NCJW Pittsburgh Designer Days 2015

Any girl in her early 20’s who tries to be stylish while staying on budget knows that doing so is no easy feat. When I stumbled upon the National Council of Jewish Women’s (NCJW) Pittsburgh Designer Days event, I was pleasantly surprised. New and gently used designer label clothing, shoes and accessories for an affordable price is every girl’s dream. Seriously, where can we all sign up?!   I was lucky enough to be able to take a break from the stresses of college life to attend the NCJW #epicstyle kickoff VIP patron event on Wednesday night.… View Post

Styling Summer Whites for Day + Night

I’ll be honest, this is the first summer i’ve tried to work an abundance of whites into my wardrobe. I never thought I would jump on that bandwagon, but after seeing tons of bloggers and celebs embrace the trend, I had to find the perfect way to make it happen. Day to Night: the LBD (little blue dress)

Day trips and excursions are probably my favorite types of adventures: especially if it means going into the city! But what if you have plans during the day and later on that night? DAY:  Dress (old, but similar) // Sweater // Shoes  Bag // Necklace (similar) // Watch // Sunglasses (similar)  So what do I love so much about this dress? The fact that… View Post

Pops of Pink

Top // Jeans // Trench Coat // Pumps Bag // Necklace 1 (similar) & 2 (old, similar) // Ring There’s something so liberating about finally being able to break out your favorite spring clothes. Bold patterns, bright colors, and flirty silhouettes emerge in my wardrobe, and that makes me beyond happy. Everybody seems to be trading their winter neutrals and darks for brighter color schemes, which does wonders with creating good moods.   As you should know by now, I am all about adding pops of color to an outfit. My accessories and purses tend to lean toward… View Post

How to Style: Bean Boots

As always, I love when friends and readers send me ideas for new blog content. One of my teammates told me that she would love to know a few different ways to style an extremely popular winter trend- the classic L.L. Bean Boots. I won’t even lie to you, I’m all about this boot. They’re perfect for braving even the worst Pittsburgh winter, and still look a lot cuter than some of the other boots available (don’t worry riding boots, I’m not looking at you.) And some sizing information, they run pretty small. I usually wear… View Post
